About the game
Burger Rush: Kitchen Empire is provided by Mathieu Gaillac. These terms explain use of the game and its virtual items. The Apple Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies to the iOS app, subject to applicable law.
Virtual cash, diamonds and outfits
Cash, diamonds, upgrades and outfits are virtual game content. They have no cash value outside the game, cannot be redeemed for real money and are not transferable to another player. Cash is earned through play. Diamonds are available through eligible optional advertising rewards and in-app purchases, not as level-completion rewards.
Prices and purchases
Before confirming a purchase, review the product and price shown by Apple in your storefront currency, including applicable taxes. Apple manages payment and any required purchase approval. Product availability and local prices may vary. Never authorise a purchase you do not understand. Parents and guardians should use Apple’s purchase controls where appropriate.
Consumables and restoration
Diamond packs are consumables. The app credits verified transactions once. Restore Purchases checks purchases and entitlements supported by Apple; it does not recreate diamonds that have already been spent. The game currently keeps its balance and progress locally, so do not assume that reinstalling or changing devices will restore a consumable balance. Contact support if a verified purchase was not delivered.
Rewarded videos
The reward shown before an ad is granted only when the advertising service confirms completion. Availability varies; a closed, interrupted or unavailable ad may not earn a reward. Daily limits and one-time reward limits shown in the game apply. You can continue the core game without choosing an ad.
Fair use and updates
Use the game for personal entertainment. Do not manipulate purchases, reward callbacks or saved balances to obtain content without authorisation. Features and balancing may evolve. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived or permits us to disregard statutory obligations for purchased content.
Refunds and consumer rights
Apple handles App Store refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. Eligibility depends on Apple’s rules and applicable law. Your mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable rights concerning defective digital content, are preserved.
Availability and responsibility
Online purchases and ads require available third-party services and may be interrupted. Keep device backups where appropriate. We take reasonable care in providing the game; any exclusions or limits apply only where permitted by law and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
